Peer Advisory Boards

No hype. No guru. Just results.

Most masterminds revolve around a guru at the front of the room. This isn’t that. Peer Advisory Boards put the spotlight on business owners themselves. Every member brings real challenges to the table, and the group works together to solve them. Jason facilitates, but the power is in the peers: the accountability, perspective, and clarity that come from being in the right room with the right people.

Why Join a Peer Advisory Board?

Running a business is lonely. Big decisions fall on your shoulders, and your employees, friends, and family can’t always relate. In a Peer Advisory Board, you get:

  • Accountability that sticks: Commit to action in front of your peers and follow through.
  • Solutions, not theory: Tap into the hard-earned experiences of other owners facing challenges like yours.
  • Fresh perspective: See blind spots you couldn’t on your own.
  • Confidence in decision-making: Know you’re not figuring it out alone.
  • Direct access to Jason: A coach who has scaled businesses himself and keeps the conversation focused on growth.

The Heart of the Board: Solving Real Issues

Every meeting centers on the most pressing challenges members are facing. The process is structured so that every member gets clarity, actionable insights, and accountability:

  • Issue Presentation
A member presents their most pressing issue, including background, context, challenges, desired outcome, feared outcome, and then frames it into a single question for the board.
  • Clarifying Questions
Board members ask questions one at a time to fully understand the situation: what’s at stake, what’s been tried, and what hasn’t. No advice is given at this stage.
  • Board Recommendations
Once the context is clear, every member answers the question: “What would you do in this situation if it was your business?”
  • Decision & Commitment
The member then answers: “You’ve heard from your board of advisors. Now what decision are you going to make today, and what action will you take that we can hold you accountable to at the next meeting?”

By the end of the process, the member leaves with more than ideas. They walk away with a clear decision, a concrete action plan, and the accountability of their peers to ensure follow-through. Over time, this rhythm compounds into measurable growth, sharper leadership, and a boardroom of trusted peers who understand the weight of ownership.
