Hi, I’m Jason Bourgeois, a business coach, entrepreneur, and combat veteran with a deep passion for helping business owners reach their full potential. My journey into entrepreneurship began while working overseas in high-threat environments. After years of working under intense pressure, I knew it was time for a new challenge—one that would bring me home and allow me to take control of my own future.
That’s when I decided to build my first business from the ground up, combining the skills I’d honed in leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making with a relentless drive to succeed. From that point on, I immersed myself in learning everything I could about growing and scaling a successful company.

One of the things that excites me most about coaching other entrepreneurs is the chance to help them overcome the same hurdles I’ve faced. I’ve been in the trenches—building businesses, scaling operations, and navigating tough decisions—and I know firsthand how challenging it can be. But I also know how rewarding it is when everything clicks into place. I’m passionate about finding solutions that others might not see, and I love learning about new industries and figuring out how my experiences and strategies can make a difference in areas where I’ve never worked before.

A Few Fun Facts About Me
Outside of business, I’ve got a few passions that keep me busy. I’ve been playing the drums since I was a teenager and even built my own custom drum set. I’m also working toward my solo skydiving license—so far, I’ve got over a dozen jumps under my belt. When I’m not coaching or diving into a new business challenge, I like to spend time with my four children, cook up new recipes in the kitchen, or enjoy some downtime with a good video game. My faith is a cornerstone of my life, and I’m dedicated to staying active in my church and growing in my spiritual journey.
